3. Counter-Notification

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the original complainant

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Znok.xyz reserves the right to terminate user accounts or block access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
